Maiden Voyage...

To cap off our great weekend, our neighbors Ben & Jenna took us for the maiden voyage on their new Whaler! It was a little windy & wavy but it made for a fun ride! Thanks guys!

Charlevoix to Bay Harbor Bike Ride...

Saturday Brian & I hopped in our car and drove North for an impromptu bike ride! We started in downtown Charleviox and biked to Bay Harbor! It ended up being a 30 mile bike ride!

There were a lot of people biking the path because it was a beautiful day...

When we finally got to Bay Harbor we stopped at bar for some drinks & apps.

Took in the view of Bay Harbor, the boats and the HUGE houses...

Then..we had to bike back! It was a great day, but we were SO tired by the time we got home! We capped it off with a stop at a local burger joint..after 30 miles of biking we thought we deserved it!

TL Summer Party '09

Brian's firm had their annual Summer party this past Friday! It was a beautiful night with great food and music..the steel drum band above!

Sunday: Recovering from the Fun

Sunday we recovered from the fun! All our visitors left except for Vicki..and we decided to go for a bike ride along the bay because it was a gorgeous day! Then my mom & dad came over to celebrate Father's Day with a yummy dinner!

Wedding Weekend: Saturday Wedding Day!

Saturday was Macare & Dusty's wedding day! And it turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL day! Here are some pictures of the day...I will add more as I get them of the bride & groom...

Wedding Weekend: Friday

Friday I met my mom, Vicki and some girlfriends for a fun lunch at Radish!

Then later that night we had the rehearsal at the church and dinner at the Tavern...

Macare & Dusty's wedding weekend has started with a bang! Thursday we kicked it off with a ca-brew down the Platte River...here is the whole gang!

Even Vicki joined us! It was her first time!

And all the guys! It was a great time and the weather turned out to be great! It ended with a nice dinner on the water...a few bar stops and then a bonfire (with S'mores) at our house! Next up..wedding!!
