The other day my mom and I went to see Greg Mortenson (the author of 3 Cups of Tea) speak at the State Theater...it was a very inspiring presentation, as many of you can imagine if you have read the book.He gave us interesting parting words....an ancient Persian proverb.... "Only when it is dark can you really see the stars".
That has never meant more to me than it does today. It is my last day working with my current employer. On to bigger and better things..but has a result of the economy they had to let me go. So it has been a sad couple days in "the good life"....but needless to say I will bounce back! And will move on to the next adventure..when one door closes another opens!
